Custom Designed and Manufactured (in shop), CNC Vacuum Pod positioned on an AXYZ CNC machine ready to machine parts.

A gasket material allows for a seamless seal between the plastic Pod and the planed stock material.

Lightning Bolt

The Corus Quay Building is located on the Toronto water front and it is home to this 12 meter high illuminated sculpture of stainless steel and polycarbonate (plastic), containing 35,000 LED`s.

Corus Quay is headquarters to Corus Entertainment.

 

We machined the polycarbonate (plastic) using the latest computer controlled machinery to create the several hundred uniquely shaped plastic coverings.
